Terms of Service

By creating an account or using BLACKDATALANE ("the service") you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

BLACKDATALANE syncs data from your Blacklane account (rides, drivers and vehicles) and generates reports and settlements for your operation. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Blacklane.

You are responsible for keeping your account confidential and for activity under it. Your Blacklane account credentials are stored encrypted and used solely to sync your data on your behalf.

The service is offered via monthly subscription plans processed by Stripe. You may cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the period already paid, with no refunds for partial periods unless required by law.

You must not use the service for unlawful purposes, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with its operation or that of other customers.

The service is provided "as is", without warranty of uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last twelve months.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by email. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
