Your account data (name, email, company), your Blacklane account credentials, and the operational data we sync on your behalf: rides, drivers and vehicles.
Solely to provide the service: sync your data from Blacklane, generate reports and settlements, and manage your subscription. We do not use your data for advertising.
Blacklane credentials are encrypted end-to-end (AES-256-GCM with AWS KMS) before storage; no one at BLACKDATALANE can read them in plain text. Each company is isolated at the database level (row-level security).
We rely on trusted providers that process data for us: database (Neon), key management (AWS KMS), payments (Stripe) and hosting. Each handles data only to operate the service.
We never sell or rent your data to third parties.
We keep your data while your account is active. When you close your account, we delete or anonymize your data within a reasonable period, unless legally required to retain it.
